Ok, so here's this thing that I saw advertised on Current TV. So I think I'll try it out! I will not eat/drink anything over-the-top or alcoholic though. I don't know how to cross things out so I will just put them in italics.
So here we go:

"Here’s a chance for a little interactivity for all the bloggers out there. Below is a list of 100 things that I think every good omnivore should have tried at least once in their life. The list includes fine food, strange food, everyday food and even some pretty bad food - but a good omnivore should really try it all. Don’t worry if you haven’t, mind you; neither have I, though I’ll be sure to work on it. Don’t worry if you don’t recognise everything in the hundred, either; Wikipedia has the answers.
Here’s what I want you to do:
1) Copy this list into your blog or journal, including these instructions.
2) Bold all the items you’ve eaten.
3) Cross out any items that you would never consider eating.
4) Optional extra: Post a comment here at www.verygoodtaste.co.uk linking to your results.

Two weeks away from home, and a neti pot

I'm back from my two week trip out of town. I got back Sunday, actually. I've been too lazy to write about it all until now. Instead of writing a big long explaination of each week I'm just going to lay down the simplistics of each week.

My first week was spent in the Bay Area. I was at my aunt's house the first day because I was invited to a going away party for my older cousin's girlfriend (she lives in Brazil). That was fun, and I got to meet my (favorite) cousin Adrian's friend Gavin. We messed around and I watched them practice skateboarding. I went home with my cousin Adrian, and I did crazy things with him until I went back to my aunt's on Thursday. Thursday was the day my mom took me out shopping to get ready for my cousin Lindsay's wedding. My aunt Kimi cut my hair for free at her hair salon and I got some awesome shoes and a nice $6 vest that no one bothered to pick up at a dry cleaner. Then the wedding day came and I did a lot of dancing and had fun. Finally it was time to leave.

After a 3 hour drive, my mom dropped me off at a market near my friend's house and then I met up with some other friends and we went to his house. It was late so I got some sleep. In the morning I was ready for the great adventure that we were going to go on. That adventure was camping at Salt Point (north of Mendicino). There's not a whole lot to say. We had to put up our tent that ended up literally being held up by a single branch and a stake, we played a lot of board and card games (Risk, poker, Go, Clue, and some other stuff (I won poker once by playing blind, BTW)), we ate a lot of food, my friend Matt got drunk on his birthday, we went walking a lot, messed around with crabs by the ocean. Yeah, most of the time it was very cold and windy. Also the nearby bathrooms were violated. Some guy peed all over the toilet paper and threw all the paper towels in the toilets. I think he even did some nasty things to the sink. It was disgusting.

Overall both weeks were incredibly fun and both had their relaxing and exausting qualities.

In other news. I was browsing around Instructables.com last night when I stumbled upon this.

Interested, I asked my mom (who was heading out to do her Raley's night shift) to pick up one of those Neti Pots that the guy was using. She did and I ended up getting this one.

I used it almost immediately after getting it. I was a little intimidated by the thought of water traveling through one nostril and out the other but I decided to give it a shot. Let me tell you, it didn't hurt at all. For the first two seconds I had that feeling you get when water goes up your nose when you're swimming, but that was it. After that it was really easy and almost calming. My nose isn't completely cleared up yet but I definately feel less congested than I used to be. Apparently it takes about three days of use to feel a huge difference. So I'm hoping that I'll feel far less congested than I used to be and hopefully I can concentrate more.

THE 9TH DAY OF WAITING

Uhh... today I was really impatient waiting for my GCN controller, which still hasn't arrived yet. It was also another day of my lazily sitting infront of my computer using the internet and doing other pointless things. As pointless as it all sounds, I did discover something awesome in the video game world, which I haven't been as excited about since I was waiting for Brawl.

Chrono Trigger DS

Yes, Chrono Trigger for the DS. I'm so ready for this! I love you Square! First you make The World Ends With You and now this. Thank you so much for giving me reasons to play my DS other than my Japanese import Mother 3.

Also. What gives Blogger? The image inserting tool is missing and I want to put a bunch of images on this post. Oh well, maybe some other day when it decides to show its face.

Also today, I was bored and stumbled upon something on the internet called a Hipster PDA. Now, I have an iPhone. But seriously, a Hipster PDA is so much more useful in some cases. I still love my iPhone to death though. Anyways, a Hipster PDA is basically a stack of 12 or so index cards that are fastened together with a clip. You can use it to write down information, to-do lists, and other random things. A lot of creativity can be put into it to. It can be as useful or as useless as you make it! Now I can conqer anything with the help of my iPhone and my hPDA!

Tomorrow will be the day I get out of the house and go with my mom to Yuba City. Yay! I'm going to try to get a pair of those Skullcandy Lowrider headphones. I'm also going to try to find a Bullet Space Pen to use with my hPDA. And I want to try finding a pair of colorful Nike or Adidas or some other brand hightops. ;o

Well, I'm off! WOOSH!

EDIT: Hmm... Blogger just randomly decided to not work with Opera, I guess. Maybe I should update. Blogger is working fine with Firefox. I'll post pictures tomorrow I guess.

I HATE INSECTS
I've had the most horrifying insect experience that I've had in a long time from last night to right now.

So last night was a night for me like many nights. Sitting in my room, on my mac, playing WCIII or something. Then I look on the floor and I see three inch one of these running at 50MPH under my bed:

Oh god, they're so horrid looking. D:

So yeah, that scared me. But the night was just starting. Shortly before turning off my computer, I saw either the same one or another one run under my bed. "There's two now!?!?" I thought. I decided to look "centipede" up on the internet and I found a picture that looked like the ones I saw. Apparently they're called House Centipedes. Acording to Wikipedia they have some positives and negatives. (read it all here: WIKI CLICKY!)
The most positive thing about them: "House centipedes feed on spiders, bedbugs, termites, cockroaches, silverfish, ants and other household arthropods. They kill their prey by injecting venom through their fangs."

However, for me their horrible looks, lightning fast speed, ability to climb walls and celings, and worst of all, their bite that is equivallent to a "minor bee sting" is enough to override any positives. <_<

Going back to my story. I decided to call it a night but didn't want to go to sleep in my room. I decided to find one of these pests so I could attempt to kill one. I looked under my bed with a flash light and didn't see anything, but then I looked by my dresser and there was one just sitting there. I grabbed a shoe and attempted to hit it but the only thing I saw was a blur of legs and ugly go deep into my closet. I decided that sleeping in my room would be a horrible option so I grabbed a pillow, a blanket, and an uglydoll and slept on the couch. Eeeek... then I woke up and watched TV. Moments later I felt something crawling on my arm, so I reacted by swiping at whatever it was and then I jumped up and there was a freaking wasp on the couch. AEKALFDJFDLE!!! I managed to get my mom to smash its guts out with a fly swatter. Which was very amusing.

And now that I'm done with my horrid insect experience. I'm going to go to something far less ugly. Headphones. Yes, again. I guess I'm obsessed with headphones. Which is funny because I only really use earbuds.

This time I'm going to be buying a pair soon. Why? My mom took my favorite pair of earbuds. They're Koss ones with foam things. They have amazing bass and sound and they're comfortable to wear for long periods of time. No wonder she took them. So yeah, instead of getting another pair of them I decided to buy some portable headphones that I can rest on my neck because I don't like having to take my earbuds on and off when I'm at a Brawl tournament. It's hard to get them in and out and they block out too much sound when I need to hear what people are saying to me.

The first pair I like is the Zumreed Sfit Color Headphones (White):

They look pretty cool, and according to reviews they sound good and are well built. They're a bit pricy at $50 though. Here's the link: Ooh, nice.

Next up is the pair I will probably end up getting, the Skullcandy Lowrider

I really, like the red color but I found out while browsing Target.com that they only sell the black color ones in their store:

I'm not sure where else to look for them. These are probably the headphones I will end up getting since they're the most affordable of the bunch I like (the bunch includes headphones listed in previous blog posts by me) So yeah, you can check out the Skullcandy Lowrider headphones here: Delicious

And that's about it! I'm currently anticipating the arrival of my Japanese import white Gamecube controller. Here's a pretty picture of it:

Yeah, it's going to be great. It's a rereleased product because of demand for it after Brawl and other games came out. It has a longer cord than older GCN controllers and the cord is white. I belive it is also is made out of the non-glossy white Wii controller plastic as well. I ordered it on Sunday last week, and it shipped the next day. I got the 8-10 day shipping, so it should be here before Friday.

And that's all!

Brawl Tournament Recap

I'm in my friend Matt's car now heading home from Sacramento. The tournament was fun even though the one person out of the five of us who went beat someone in a best of three. There were 70 people there and my friend Ricky got 13th place. He could've done better, except he got infinite grabbed by the Ice Climbers. Either way it was fun and I can't wait until next week to go again. I'm posting this using my iPhone so I'll get to details when I have a computer infront of me.
I'm about to head out to the Enders Game Brawl Tournament! I'll post results when I get back or something. Whee!

COOKING IS SO FUN, COOKING IS SO FUN, NOW IT'S TIME TO TAKE A BREAK AND SEE WHAT WE HAVE DONE:

Mmm... those crepes were so goood D:
That's pretty much all I've done all day... cooked crepes. Yeah, it's sad. Took me an hour or so. But they were worth it. I got to feed my parents and my sister which I don't do often. I usually just eat strawberries and whipped cream but next time I'm going to try making cinnamon caramel apple filling and see how that turns out. Yummo!!

Uh... now I have to clean up my dishes and put away stuff. Then I'm going to take a shower and pack up some things so I can meet my friend Ricky at 6 so we can practice Brawl and I can spend the night at my friend house before we go to a Brawl tournament tomorrow.

That is all! I may post how the tournament went tomorrow night. Depends how I'm feeling. <_<
-FACELIFT

I decided to change the look of my Blog! :O
If I have the time and happen to not go to a friend's house I'll make a new header because I plan on using Photoshop a lot tomorrow ^_^

That is all, peace!

Whee! I just got back from a Fab Four concert. If you don't know who they are they are essentually Beatles imitations. I must say, they were actaully really good. The concert was fun but I wasn't really diggin' most of the audience. It was composed mostly of people who were in their 60s and up that probably came to hear "When I'm 64". They were all really boring and uninteractive, most of them were getting drunk off of wine and not knowing what is was going on around them. It felt like it was just a big reason for people who drink to get drunk. That makes me angry. ANYWAYS:

Maybe I was a little harsh about the old people, but they were annoying me. D:
Back to the performance, it was really amazing and the Fab Four did an excellent job of mimicing the Beatles. The costumes were great and consisted of black suits, Sgt. Pepper uniforms, and their hippie attire. I wished that I could've taken the Rickenbacker bass they had because it was just so sparkly and awesome, but it was a lefty bass and stealing is badong. Yeah, Beat-Fab Four were awesome and I'd go again, maybe. I still can't get past the boring old people. Plus there were so many songs the band didn't play and they had an "Ed Sullivan" guy that was funny now and then but cut so much music time from the actual show. So you could say the whole thing was very Las Vegas styled. So yeah, that's my quick though jotted review of the whole thing.

After I got home I found a white box on the table. "What is this?" I thought. I walked up to it and saw this on the top:

Being excited like a little child on Christmas day, I was eager to open it up. So I grabbed a knife and sliced up the tape. Inside was a bunch of packing peanuts and an awesome little white box with a red ribbon tied around it that had a tag addressed to "PK Kids Productions".

This made me supper happy! So I took it out and opened it to find an awesome little resin Fobby. It's so amazing!

I want to thank SM.Net for being awesome! As part of PK Kids Productions I would like to say many thanks and give Starmen.net many awesome points and kudos! You guys deserve it.
